I have used more appetite suppressants/fat loss medication then I can count. This is by far the best I have ever used! It will decrease your appetite for 4 days and the side effects can be extreme but that is person to person. Its expensive but worth it for people who cannot control their cravings. Semaglutide is the lightning in a bottle that I’ve been chasing my whole life. It is easy to self-inject and monitor with my doctor. The most side effects I’ve had is some nausea and dizziness the day after injecting. Other than that, it cuts my food noise almost completely. I’m down 20 pounds in 4 months!
